U19 Thiemann - Jeremy Thiemann

Introducing Coach Jeremy, an enthusiastic and passionate coach, who brings a significant number of years coaching, both in softball and baseball. 

Coaching Highlights:

With 14 years of coaching under his belt, Coach Jeremy, has made a strong impact in the world of baseball and softball. For five years, he coached the Chestermere Crushers and won back-to-back Provincial Championships in softball. Then, he coached baseball for the Calgary Cardinals, and with this team, he was able to bring home a silver medal in the AAA Baseball Alberta Provincials. Clearly, he is no stranger to leading teams to victory! 

Highlights:

Coach Jeremy has coached baseball and softball for the past 14 years. His highlights include: 

• Silver Medal winner at the AAA Baseball Alberta Provincials with the Calgary Cardinals
• Successfully coached the Chestermere Crushers community softball team for 5 years
• Won back-to-back Alberta Fast Pitch Provincial Softball Championships (C and D level)

Coaching Philosophy:

Coach Jeremy believes that the success of any team involves strong communication. With a clear and transparent understanding of team goals, personal goals, and seasonal goals, Coach Jeremy, believes that the team will come together, perform well and ultimately reach their highest potential - whatever that may be. Coach Jeremy encourages all players to believe in themselves, show up and work hard. His belief in performing and pushing an athlete to the best of their ability, and a strong work ethic goes a long way. He encourages good sportsmanship at all times, but also wants his players to leave it all on the field.

We are happy to have Coach Jeremy join Kaizen this year. We know that he will make us proud and encourage and develop the girls on his team.
